It’s almost time to reformulate and reevaluate everything in my workout regimen. The cracks are already starting to show. They are small so I think I can manage them for two more weeks until after my marathon, but they are there. I have stopped making good progress in my push-up routine and many of my leg lifts and flexibility drills are getting much more difficult. I can’t wait to add some heavy lifts and serious speed work! My push-up reps are going to skyrocket and my strength should increase again quickly. I regressed to an earlier week in my push-up plan this week in hopes of not losing too much ground. I will get to 100 in a row. One way or another….
