And I hit my goal pace each time. Actually, I was having to slow down. It was a very good feeling (one I’m still feeling it today – mostly in my glutes).
Running fast(er) is fun. 🙂 Time to bump it up a couple notches.
Spin tonight, an hour progressive run tomorrow, and eleven miles Saturday. It’s a beautiful week!
