  1. 100 Pushups in a row (In Progress)
  2. 10 Pull Ups (Coming Soon)
  3. <20 minute 5-K
  4. <43 minute 10-K (I may take a shot at this after my 9/21 marathon)
  5. <1:45:00 half marathon – I’ve done this easily in a training run but never in a race
  6. Run 5 miles in <40 minutes
  7. Run 10 miles in <80 minutes
  8. Run 10 miles in <75 minutes
  9. Run a marathon Omaha Marathon, 9/21/2014
